Full-Service Wedding Planning
This service is for the couple that wants a stress-free planning experience from the beginning of their engagement to their wedding day. With full-service planning, you can count on us to look after each + every detail leading up to your big day. This package includes a monthly planning meeting (can be scheduled after business hours), texts and phone calls (within business hours), checklists to plan your wedding from beginning to end, budget management, vendor recommendations, wedding design + customized vision board, communication liaison with all vendors, night before pick-up of personal items, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (night-before if available) + anything else you can dream up!
Partial-Wedding Planning
This package is for couples that need an experienced advocate to lead them through the planning process. The partial-planner package includes a 6 month checklist, 6 planning meetings, final meetings with 3 selected vendors, assistance with wedding design, vendor recommendations, 12 hours of coverage on the wedding day, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (night-before if available) + night before pick-up of personal items.
Month of Coordinator*
This service is for couples that need a little extra help leading up to their wedding. You have your wedding planned, but need assistance confirming vendors + finalizing the small details. This package includes correspondence via email starting 3 months out, a meeting a month before the wedding, 1 final vendor meeting, 1 meeting the week of the wedding, a month of + week of checklist, 12 hours of coverage on the wedding day, a customized timeline, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (night-before if available) + all communication via email (other than meetings).
Day of Coordinator*
This package is ideal for couples that are master planners and need Poppy + Prim to bring their vision to life! This package includes 1 meeting the week of the wedding, a week of checklist, 12 hours of coverage, a customized timeline, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (night-before if available) + all communication via email (other than meetings).
